THE LOBBY
EVERY UNDERDOG STARTS SOMEWHERE. HE STARTED HERE.
WELCOME TO HOOD.
Before you badge in, the company is obligated to explain what you are actually holding. Most companies hide this slide. We laminated it. Two assets, a badge that is also a wallet, one rewards pool — and every rule below is enforced by contract, not the kind you sign, the kind that cannot lie. Hiring happens on Recruitment, the drip is collected on Your Thrills, titles are earned on Organization, leaving is done at the Exit Desk.
LIVE DRIP
Every day, the pool releases 3.33% of its unreserved balance to every activated badge — split by weight, no meetings required. The pool refills constantly: hire fees, desk fees, exits, activations, gifts, wagers. It drips forever because it never empties. That's the whole trick.
1,111 EMPLOYEES. 1,111,111 $THRILL.
A Thrill is one of 1,111 employees of HOOD — a collectible with a job title and an attitude problem. $THRILL is the company scrip: a fixed supply of 1,111,111 $THRILL, no minter, no owner, no take-backs (111 was written off at genesis; the write-off was a burn). When a Thrill is hired, the payment does not go to a treasury — 1,000 $THRILL locks inside the Thrill itself as severance. Your employee arrives pre-funded. Fire the employee, collect the severance. HR calls this "alignment."
THE BADGE HOLDS ITS OWN PAYCHECK
Every Thrill carries its own on-chain account. The 1,000 $THRILL severance lives in there, along with everything the Thrill earns over its career — the daily drip, royalties from its own resale, arcade winnings, prizes. Sell the Thrill and the whole account rides along with it. You are not trading a picture; you are trading an employee, their desk, and everything in the drawers.
Thrills can hold other Thrills. Staff one under another and the leader is promoted — 1 report makes a Subject Matter Expert, 3 a Team Lead, 6 a Manager, 12 a Department Head, 25 a Director, 50 a Vice President. Four levels deep, eight direct reports wide, and only activated Thrills count. There is no President. The ladder is drawn on the Organization page.

† INCLUDES THE SHARE STILL ROUTED TO THE SELLERS RESERVE ON-CHAIN UNTIL IT IS FOLDED INTO THE DRIP POOL.
Nothing HOOD collects leaves the building. The buy-side share of every trade is deposited into the traded Thrill itself; the rest deepens the one pool that pays everyone. A marketplace royalty is first spent buying $THRILL off our own market — royalties are buybacks — and then split.

ACTIVATE ONCE. GET PAID EVERY DAY.
Activation costs 111 $THRILL, once per Thrill, ever — paid with one ETH tap on Your Thrills. It stays with the badge through a sale and through a firing; a resignation switches it off, and the office switches it back on, at its own expense, the moment that Thrill is hired again. Nobody upstairs takes a cut — the fee goes to the Drip Pool and the Arcade, with a slice destroyed outright (the exact split is on the schedule above). Every day the pool releases 3.33% of its unreserved balance, split by weight — title × (1 + experience). Experience is bought, never farmed: a Thrill levels only when it changes hands for money, +0.10× a level, five levels, 1.50× at the ceiling, 72 hours between levels. Each day's share is held for the Thrill until its owner collects it on Your Thrills — every open day at once, in one signature — and it lands inside the Thrill's own vault, where it stays through a sale or a firing. The maths is the contract's: the tranche is 3.33% of the unreserved pool, your share is exactly your weight over everyone's, to the wei. It cannot run dry — it is a percentage, never a promise.
FIRE vs RESIGN
FIRE — sell the badge back to the desk for the flat floor of 920 $THRILL, immediately. The Thrill returns to inventory with everything it has earned above its 1,000 base still locked inside — drip, royalties, prizes — for whoever hires it next. You are selling the job, and the job keeps its record.
RESIGN — clear out the desk. 14.2% of the base backing is withheld (half burned, half to the Drip Pool) and every $THRILL of severance is paid to you in full, with all WETH and ETH in the account. It is the only way earnings leave for a wallet, and the only way to open a sealed prize. The $THRILL burns; the badge does not — a resigned Thrill goes back to Recruitment empty and hireable, and the collection is permanently 1,111.
Both exits run from the Exit Desk, which prices them side by side, lists every asset in the vault, and makes you confirm what rides along and what stays with the badge for its next holder. A long-tenured holder who fires instead of resigning is leaving money on the desk; the desk will say the exact figure before you sign. It will not stop you.
RECRUITMENT IS TAKING APPLICATIONS
You now know what a Thrill is, what backs it, what every move costs and where it goes. Every rule on this floor is enforced by contract code and recomputable from chain state; nothing here is a promise of profit — it is a description of plumbing. Recruitment is through the glass. It is always accepting. It never interviews.
